Hi-Stress Concrete was founded in 1953 for the manufacture of Pre-stressed Concrete products and restructured with this same management team in 1989.
During this time the company has developed considerable experience and expertise with the manufacture of specialists precast and prestressed concrete products.
In March 1993, the company gained special grade classification, for the manufacture of concrete from the New Zealand Ready Mixed Concrete Association and hold a current classification.
The design of the 100 piles, the 150 piles and the 275 piles were developed in conjunction with RD Sullivan, Consulting Engineer.
